Cooper & Co Real Estate Limited started in Dunedin in 1991. Martin Cooper, our Managing Director, decided that rather than just selling real estate he wanted to run a real estate business that was different to any other currently in the market place. He wanted a business that thought about their clients wants and needs and made sure that they were met. He wanted the best people working for him – those with the same mindset of service first.
In 1997, Martin then made the bold move to relocate to Auckland’s North Shore and has never looked back. He was invited to join Harcourts, New Zealand’s largest real estate company, that same year, starting with just two offices on the North Shore. Throughout the years, Martin and a few trusted business partners have grown from two offices to 19 offices across Auckland’s North Shore, North West, Hibiscus Coast and Rodney District. Cooper & Co now provides a wide range of real estate services, such as residential, commercial, rural and lifestyle property for sellers, buyers, renters and investors.
