We consulted a few agents to get a feel for the market and the possible sale of our property and decided to go with Michael who is always friendly, polite and transparent in his dealings with us. Micheal contineously told us to "trust the process" even when our first offer fell through. He continued to stimulate interest with potential buyers and was able to secure multi offers.
