We were absentee vendors as had already relocated South. Michael did everything and some for us during the marketing and sale of our home. He arranged the staging, the cleaning, and kept an eye on the house in our absence. When the 2nd bout of Covid hit Auckland, he reached out to us straight away with new strategies. He has never disappointed us (2nd time he has sold a house for us). I would highly recommend him on so many levels. Michael is upfront, honest and does a brilliant job. His attention to detail is second to none. Selling a house with Michael as your agent, is stress free, and a real pleasure.
