Under Alert Level 3, prior to any property visits, we require each person in the property or visiting the property to answer the following questions which will be stored securely in our system.
Due to restrictions from the Government and advice from the Real Estate Authority and the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand, we require the following information to be completed to ensure we comply with the legal requirements of Level 3. This will also ensure that we can assist in keeping everyone safe by reducing contact and confirming all necessary details ahead of time.
Guidelines for operating under COVID-19 Alert Level 3 has been provided by the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand.
